New Top Floor 1 Bedroom Hits the Market in The 660 Building in The Village

660 The Village #306 -Top Floor Ocean View Condo

New to the market as of April 8, there’s a new top floor unit that’s for sale in The Village condos in South Redondo Beach.  It’s unlikely that this condo is going to last long as it is priced well below current value for a top floor unit. 660 The Village #306 is priced at $619,000 which is definitely a value given that the last top floor unit just closed at an unprecedented $700,000.  That unit in the 630 building did have additional value as the 630 building has 2 levels of parking meaning the building is higher, it was several units closer to the water so better views, and the 630 building is further from Catalina Ave so a bit less road noise, but this is still priced to get considrable interest.  The condo at 660 The Village #306 has been updated, and certainly appears very well taken care of.
