The newest addition to the oceanview condo market in South Redondo Beach sounds exciting but from the listing it’s a bit hard to tell.   The listing decscription says it’s beautiful with a remodeled interior but the photos don’t paint that picture.  At this point the only photos on the MLS show what appears to be the view but were taken on a cloudy and gray day so it’s hard to tell.  There are no interior photos at this point and showings do not begin until later this week so we’re unaware of the condition and have not yet seen the unit ourselves.

Having said all that the unit should have some nice views being on the third floor.  It overlooks the Seascape 2 pool and harbor beyond.   The listing says it’s a STUNNER…..but we’ll have to wait and see.
