Own the Redondo Beach Lifestyle – About the Neighborhood
Welcome to Redondo Beach....the center of Los Angeles County's South Bay.
Voted one of the best small town beach communities in America on a number of occasions.
All the best of Southern California lies within, or a short drive (or often walk) away from 428 25th Street. Hermosa Beach is a bustling coastal community with something for everyone. It’s close to Los Angeles…..but not too close.
Hermosa Beach is not only a small town in terms of size at just 1.43-square-miles but just feels like a small town community. There is only one school system and it’s hard not to feel like you know half of the residents. This charming beach town has a population of approximately 18,199 beach loving residents.
The town is most definitely geared towards the active SoCal lifestyle with miles of beautiful beaches, surfing, biking, volleyball and more.
Some of the highlight areas….in addition to the world class beach, include the Hermosa Beach Pier, shopping and dining at pier plaza and upper Pier Ave, Valley Park, South Park and one of the best beaches in the world.
Not enough?…..hop in the car or hop on a bike to the Manhattan Pier, King Harbor in Redondo, luxury shopping and dining at Manhattan Village, the oceanfront walk of the Esplanade, the Marvin Braude bike path that goes all the way from Redondo to Santa Monica, Seaside Lagoon, Riviera Village and an abundance of big shopping and dining areas scattered throughout the city.
There are endless events and activities and some of the highlights are the annual Beach Life Festival, Lobster Fest, classic car rallies at Seaside Lagoon, concerts and movies on the pier and the kite festival.
