South Redondo has some fantastic ocean front condos at prices more affordable
than you might think. Located along the world famous Esplanade, The Surfrider building is located at 565 Esplanade, not far from the King Harbor/Redondo Pier area, a short distance to the charming Riviera Village and just steps one one of the best beaches in the world. From the exterior the Surfrider is hard to miss with it’s bright white paint choice and it’s very unique red tile inlay.
The Surfrider features a variety of one to two bedrooms condos with the majority of the condos being one bedroom units generally around 700-800 square feet. Two bedroom units are much larger as range between anywhere from 1,050 to 1,427 square feet. Built in 1971, there are 64 units with the majority having “partial” ocean views.
HOA dues are generally around $444 as of 2021 and the complex offers an oceanfront spa but no pool.
