What a month it has been for oceanfront homes on the Esplanade in South Redondo Beach.  There are more homes on the market than we’ve seen combined in the past few years!

On April 28th 809 Esplanade Redondo Beach hit the market at $6,500,000.  This is basically a land/lot value sale with a charming but small and dated bungalow built in 1930.  Then on May 4 the palacial oceanfront estate at 709 Esplanade hit the market at $11,250,000 and is already in escrow.

Now a third and very different type property hit the market.  601 Esplanade #B is single level condo and  part of a 2 unit building listed by  Bryn Stroyke & James Harvey of Bayside.
