33 Home Sales in February 2023
Welcome to the monthly recap for home sales and home prices in Redondo Beach last month.
February was another slower month for Redondo Beach real estate with only 33 homes closing escrow….but that was a big improvement from the record low 21 in January.
The average “asking” price was $1,396,724 with the average sold price at $1,383,197 which meant that homes generally sold below the asking price. This was actually a big drop from the average price of just under $1.5M in January although there were so few sales that month that the average was skewed.
Homes averaged $858 a square foot and 48 days on market before going into escrow.
